By accessing or using the Wagey website and waitlist, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Wagey is currently in a prelaunch phase. Joining the waitlist grants you early access to product updates and priority access when we launch. It does not guarantee any specific feature, timeline, or outcome.

User conduct

You agree to provide a valid email address and not to abuse the waitlist signup process. Automated signups, spam, or any misuse may result in removal from the waitlist.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and code on this site are the property of Wagey. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Wagey is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on salary data or reports.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
